AiMTECH solutions help to keep Vanguard Solutions Ltd (VSLUK) operational during the coronavirus pandemic
Integrated site and project security service specialists VSLUK has praised the role of new IT services specialists AiMTECH Business Services Ltd, for its vital role in keeping the company running during the coronavirus pandemic.
As the UK was entering lockdown because of the coronavirus pandemic, AiMTECH had already put VSLUK‘s systems into Cloud, which has led to no downtime in the last few weeks.
Staff members have been making good use of video calling systems and been able to access systems remotely.
Coronavirus has led to some real challenges for everyone, particularly businesses.
VSLUK said: “Within days working practices had to be transformed to keep both our staff and clients safe and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
“Thankfully we’d already upgraded our working systems thanks to AiMTECH which has led to no real downtime and has kept the business operational.
“AiMTECH has done a wonderful job and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future to further improve our IT infrastructure – which is so important to keep our business running successfully and smoothly into the future.”
AiMTECH was set up in January 2020 by Arron Marsden, the former Global IT manager within the Railway OEM market, who has brought together over 20 years’ experience of providing IT solutions for businesses.
The company offers everything from infrastructure support and cyber security, through to remote support and a bespoke IT strategy.

“It was a coincidence that we put the systems in place just before the coronavirus pandemic. In this case they are using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to collaborate effectively. We also removed the needs of on-site servers as well which is reducing the costs.
“It just highlights the importance of having good IT infrastructure in place and how it could be vital in minimising downtime, no matter what is around the corner.
“We provide a range of services for Vanguard including IT support from proactively monitoring and supporting of its systems, our 24/7 network operations control systems, hardware and software purchasing, licensing and training.”
