Reflecting on Our Strategy Day: Realigning What Matters 
 
2024 has been a year of big changes for AiMTECH. It’s been exciting, challenging, and, if I’m honest, a little overwhelming at times. That’s why we recently held a strategy day—to take a step back, reflect on where we are, and refocus on what really matters. 
 
When we started the day, we thought our main goal was clear: growth. How can we expand? How do we bring in more customers? How do we scale the business? But as we talked, it became clear that growth for the sake of growth wasn’t the right path for us—not right now. Instead, we realised we needed to go back to basics. 
 
We needed to ask ourselves some tough questions. Are we really delivering the best experience for our current customers? Are we using the right tools to keep them informed and engaged? And most importantly, are we making sure our team has the support they need to make all of that happen? 
 
Refocusing on Our Customers 
 
One thing that kept coming up as I’ve spoken to customers recently is how much they value our integrity, openness, and transparency. Hearing that has been a humbling reminder of what sets AiMTECH apart. Those qualities are at the core of everything we do, and they’re exactly what we want to lean into even more as we move forward. You’ve trusted us with your business, and that means the world to us. But trust isn’t a one-and-done thing—it’s something we have to earn every day. 
 
During our discussions, we identified areas where we could improve. Things like better communication, exploring new software to keep our customers more in the loop, and fine-tuning how we handle day-to-day operations. These are small changes, but they can make a big difference in how supported our customers feel. 
 
 
Looking After Our Team 
 
We also talked a lot about our people. If we want to give our customers the best experience, we need to make sure our team is in the best possible place to deliver it. That means giving them the tools they need, supporting their development, and making sure they feel valued. After all, happy, motivated people are the foundation of everything we do. 
 
A Fresh Perspective 
 
This strategy day wasn’t about reinventing AiMTECH; it was about reconnecting with who we are and what we stand for. For us, it’s not about being the biggest IT provider—it’s about being the best. It’s about making sure every customer feels like they’re our top priority and ensuring our team is empowered to deliver on that promise. 
 
So, as we move forward, our focus is simple: 
Make sure our current customers feel supported and valued. 
Continuously look for ways to improve their experience. 
Invest in our team so they can continue to deliver amazing service.

2024 has been a year of change, but I feel more confident than ever about where we’re heading. Sometimes, going back to basics is exactly what you need to move forward.
